ေက်းေစတမာန္ဘေလာ့့ နဲ႕ တျခားဘေလာ့ေတြမွာ ေတြ႕ေတြ႕ ေနရတဲ့ စစ္သား ဆိုတဲ့ နာမည္နဲ႕ေရး သူနဲ႕ အင္တာဗ်ဴးေလးပါ
ေမး = ကဲ့ ညီေလးေရ မင္းကေတာ့ စီေဘာက္ မွာလာဖတ္တဲ့သူေတြရဲ႕ ေျပာသံေတြမွာေတာ့ စစ္သားဆိုတဲ့ မင္းရဲ႕ နာမည္က မပါမျပီးျဖစ္ ေနတယ္ မင္းကိုယ္မင္းဘဲ အရင္ မိတ္ဆက္လိုက္ပါအံုးကြာ။
စစ္သား = ဆက္မွာေပါ့ မေအလိုးရယ္.. ေစာရီးဝသီပါေနလို႕ ငါ့နာမည္ အရင္ကေတာ့ စစ္သားမဟုတ္ပါဘူး ဒီအေၾကာင္းေတြ မင္းမသိျခင္စမ္းပါနဲ႕ကြာ.. အေမက ဖာသယ္ အေဖက ခါးပိုက္ႏိုက္၊ သူခိုး ၊ ဖာေခါင္း လုပ္တယ္။ ငါ့အေမက ငါမေမြးခင္ကတည္းက ဖာသယ္လုပ္တာ။ ဖာသည္ဆိုၿပီး အထင္မေသးနဲ႔ေနာ္။ ေက်ာက္သပိတ္က တိုကင္နဲ႔သြားရတဲ့ ၂၀ တန္ အစိတ္တန္ဖာသည္မဟုတ္ဘူး။ ၂၃ လမ္းက ငပလီတို႔ ေနျပည္ေတာ္သန္းထြန္းတို႔ဆီမွာ တေလွ်ာ့ကို ၁၀၀ နဲ႔သြားရတဲ့ ေစ်းႀကီးဖာသည္မ်ိဳးပါ။ အေမက ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းကို သိပ္ခ်စ္ပါတယ္။ ဘာ့ေၾကာင့္လဲဆိုေတာ့ ဖာခံၿပီးျပန္လာတိုင္း ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေခါင္းနဲ႔ ၁၀၀ တန္ အခ်ပ္လိုက္ အေမ့ ႏို႔ႀကီး (၂) လုံးၾကားမွာ ညႇပ္လာတာကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္က ဆြဲယူေနက်ေလ။ အဲဒီတုန္းက ကၽြန္ေတာ္ေက်ာင္းမေနရေသးဘူး။
ေမး = ရျပီ ရျပီ ေနာက္ ေမးခြန္းေလးတစ္ခုကိုသြားလိုက္ရေအာင္ မဟုတ္ရင္ မင္းအေမဖာခံတဲ့ အေၾကာင္းေတြ ဘဲေျပာျပီး အခ်ိန္ကုန္သြားလိမ့္မယ္။ ဒါနဲ႕ မင္း အေဖက မင္းအေမဖာခံတာ ဘာမွမေျပာဘူးလား။
စစ္သား = မင္းကလည္း ငါ့အေဖက ဖာသြားခ်ရင္နဲ႕ ငါ့အေမနဲ႕ညားတာေလ။ အေဖက ခါးပိုက္ႏိုက္ေလ ခါးပိုက္ႏိုက္လို႕ အဆင္ေျပတဲ့ေန႕ေလးဆို ဖာသြားခ်တာဘဲ ဖာက်ိဳးေတာ့ေဆးကုလိုက္နဲ႔ မေျပာင္မေရာင္ျဖစ္ေနတာက သနားလို႕က တေၾကာင္း ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ ကိုယ္ဝန္ၾကီးနဲ႕ အေဖတပ္ရမဲ့လူကမရွိတာကတေၾကာင္း အဲ့လိုအေၾကာင္းေတြေၾကာင့္ အေမက အေဖ့ကိုယူလိုက္တာကြ။
ေမး = ျပီးေတာ့ မင္းတို႕ ငယ္ငယ္က သခၤ်ိုဳင္းကုန္းတခုရဲ႕ အစြန္ကတဲေလးထဲမွာေနခဲ့ရတယ္ ဆိုတာက ဟုတ္လား။ မင္းအေမက ေၾကးၾကီးမွ ပိုက္ဆံမ်ားမ်ားရမွ ခံတာဆို ဘယ္လိုျဖစ္သြားတာလဲ။
စစ္သား = ေအဟုတ္တယ္ အဲ့ဒီတုန္းက ငါ့အေဖ က ဘယ္ဖာသယ္ကိုသြားခ်လဲမသိပါဘူးကြာ ဂႏို ေရာ ရွံကာ ေရာျဖစ္ျပီး ဖာက်ုိဳးတာေပါ့ သူျဖစ္ယံုမက ဘူး။ အေမ့ကိုပါကူးတာ အေမ့ကိုကူးေတာ့ ငါတို႕ရဲ႕ မိသားစု ပင္မ စီးပြားေရးၾကီးပ်က္ေတာ့တာေပါ့
ဖာခံစားပါတယ္ဆိုေနမွ ဖာက်ဳိးေတာ့ ဘယ္သူလာခ်မွာလဲကြာ အဲ့ဒီအရြယ္မွာ ငါ့ ၁၃ ႏွစ္ေလာက္ရွိျပီး မွတ္မိေသးတယ္ မသာလာခ်လို႕ အေခါင္းေပၚမွာ ပါလာတဲ့ ထမင္းထုတ္ တို႕ ငွက္ေပ်ာသီးတို႕ ကို မိသားစုေတြ ခြဲစားခဲ့ရတာ.. ေနာက္ဆံုးကြာ ငါလဲ ပလပ္စတစ္ လိုက္ေကာက္ျပီး ဖာက်ဳိးေနတဲ့မိဘ ႏွစ္ပါးကို ရွာေကၽြးရေတာ့တာေပ့ါ လစ္ရင္လစ္သလို သူမ်ား အိမ္ေနာက္ေဖး မွာလွမ္းထားတဲ့ ထမီ ေတြလဲ ရုတ္ခဲ့ဖူးတယ္။ အေမက ပင္နီစလင္ထိုးေတာ့ ျပန္ျပီး သက္သာလာတယ္ ေနာက္ေတာ့ ေပ်ာက္သြားတယ္ေပါ့ အေဖက ေဆးဖိုးမတတ္ႏိုင္လို႕ မထိုးတခ်က္ ထိုးတခ်က္ဆိုေတာ့ ဘာျဖစ္သြားလဲဆိုေတာ့ မ်က္စိ ကန္းသြားတယ္။ ဖခင္ပီသပါတယ္ မိသားစုကို မ်က္ကန္းၾကီးနဲ႕ ခြက္ဆြဲျပီး သူေတာင္းစား လုပ္ေကၽြးပါတယ္။

ဂ်ဴးအမ်ဳိးသမီးတစ္ေယာက္ အဆိပ္ခပ္ထားတဲ့ သိုးသားဟင္းကုိ တမန္ေတာ္ၾကီးက စားမိပါသတဲ့။ အဲဒီမိန္းမကိုသတ္ရမလားလို႕ သူ႕လူေတြကေမးေတာ့ တမန္ေတာ္ျမတ္ၾကီးက ဟင့္အင္းလို႕ျပန္ေျဖပါတယ္။ အလာ့တမန္ေတာ္ျမတ္ၾကီးရဲ႕ အာေခါင္မွာ အဆိပ္မိတဲ့ လကၡဏာကို ျမင္ေနရပါေသးတယ္တဲ့။ ေျပာတဲ့လူက အာနက္စ္ဘင္မာလစ္ခ္ ဆိုတဲ့မိုဟာမက္ရဲ႕ သာဝကတစ္ဦးပါ။(ဆဟီး ဘူခါရီ အတြဲ ၃၊ စာအုပ္ ၄၇၊ နံပါတ္ ၇၈၆)
မိုဟာမက္က သူ႕ေဘဘီေလးအိုင္ေအရွာကုိ တစ္ခါေျပာဖူးပါတယ္။ အဲဒီတုန္းကသူစားခဲ့တဲ့ အစာမွာပါတဲ့အဆိပ္က သူ႕ႏွလံုးေသြးလႊတ္ေၾကာမၾကီးကို ျဖတ္ေတာက္ေနသလားထင္ရေအာင္ကို ေဝဒနာခံစားေနရတုန္းပဲဆိုျပီး။(ဆဟီးဘူခါရီ အတြဲ၅ စာအုပ္၅၉ နံပါတ္၇၁၃)

တမန္ေတာ္ျမတ္ၾကီးရဲ႕ ေရာဂါပိုဆိုးလာတဲ့အခါမွာေတာ့ တမန္ေတာ္ၾကီးက သူ႕လူေတြကုိ ေရတြင္းအသီးသီးစီက ေရခုႏွစ္ပံုးကုိခပ္ျပီးသူ႕ကိုေလာင္းခုိင္းပါတယ္။ ေလာင္းလဲေလာင္းၾကေရာ မိုဟာမက္က ေတာ္ျပီေတာ္ျပီဆိုျပီး ေအာ္ေျပာျပီးေတာ့ကုိရပ္ခိုင္းရပါတယ္။ သနားစရာ ကုလားမသာပါလား:)။(Ibn Hisham page 679)

သူေတာ္ေကာင္း တမန္ေတာ္ျမတ္ၾကီးဟာ ေသခါနီးအခ်ိန္မွာကိုပဲ သူ႕မယားေဘဘီေလး အိုင္ေအရွာအေပၚမွာ တမ္းတမ္းစြဲျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါေသးတယ္။ သူ႕မွာမယားေတြအမ်ားၾကီးရွိခဲ့တဲ့အထဲက အိုင္ေအရွာကို အခ်စ္ဆံုးျဖစ္ပံုရပါတယ္။ ေသလုေျမာပါးေဝဒနာခံစားေနရတာေတာင္မွ သူ႕မယားေတြနဲ႕ ေဆာင္ေတာ္ကူးဖို႕ပဲစိတ္အားထက္သန္ေနခဲ့တာပါလား။ “မနက္ျဖန္ဘယ္သူ႕အလွည့္လဲ မနက္ျဖန္ဘယ္သူ႕အလွည့္လဲ”နဲ႕ အိေျႏၵမဆယ္ႏုိင္ေလာက္ေအာင္ကုိပဲ သူ႕မယားေတြကုိ ေမးေနေတာ့တာပဲ။ အမွန္တကယ္က အိုင္ေအရွာေလးရဲ႕အလွည့္ကို ေရာက္ဖို႕ေစာင့္ေနတာေလ။ အဲဒါကိုအလုိက္သိတဲ့ ဇနီးမယားမ်ားကလည္း မိုဟာမက္ၾကီး ေသတဲ့အခ်ိန္အထိကုိ အိုင္ေအရွာအိမ္မွာေနေစဖို႕ ခြင့္ျပဳလိုက္ၾကရပါတယ္။ ဒိလိုနဲ႕ပဲ အို္င္ေအရွာနဲ႕ ညအိပ္ရတဲ့ေန႕မွာပဲ ျမတ္တမန္ေတာ္ဟာ အလာဟ္အရွင္ျမတ္ရဲ႕ အမိန္႕ေတာ္ကို ခံယူခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အသက္ထြက္တာ ဘယ္လိုထြက္သြားလဲသိလား?
သာမန္ေတြ႕ေနၾကမြတ္ဆလင္ေတြလို ပါးစပ္က ကေလမာဂါထာေလးရြတ္ျပီး အသက္ထြက္သြားတာ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ ဒီထက္ပုိျမတ္ေသာ ေသျခင္းမ်ဳိးနဲ႕ အသက္ထြက္သြားတာလို႕ ထင္လား? ထင္ရင္တက္တက္စင္ေအာင္ လြဲသြားပါျပီ။ မိုဟာမက္က အိုင္ေအရွာနဲ႕ kissingဆြဲေနရင္းနဲ႕ပဲ အသက္ထြက္သြားတာပါ။ အသက္ထြက္သြားတုန္းက မိုဟာမက္ရဲ႕ေခါင္းကအိုင္ေအရွာရဲ႕ ရင္သားနဲ႕လည္ပင္းၾကားထဲမွာရွိေနျပီး သူတို႕ႏွစ္ေယာက္စလံုးရဲ႕ တံေတြးေတြကေရာေထြးေနပါတယ္တဲ့။ ကဲ မယံုမရွိျဖစ္မွာစုိးလို႕ မူရင္းက်မ္းကိုးေလး ေပးလိုက္တယ္ဗ်ာ။ ဘုရားဖက္ျပီးေသတာလား မယားဖက္ျပီးေသတာလားဆိုတာ ကိုယ့္ဘာကိုယ္ဆံုးျဖတ္ေပါ့ မြတ္စလင္တို႕ေရ။ မင္းတို႕တမန္ေတာ္ၾကီးက သူေတာ္ေကာင္းၾကီးဆိုတာကို သက္ေသျပလုိက္ျပီေနာ္။

သူ အသက္ ၁၈ႏွစ္အရြယ္တြင္ ၊ ေသဒဏ္ေပးေတာ့မည္ လံုမငယ္ေလးမ်ားႏွင့္ ယာယီလက္ထပ္ေပးရသည့္ အမႈကိုျပဳရန္ ဂုဏ္ျပဳခံခဲ့ရေၾကာင္း ၊ အညၾတ ျပည္သူ႔စစ္သည္တစ္ဦးက ေဂ်ရုဆလမ္သတင္းစာ(the Jerusalem Post) သို႔ေျပာသည္ ။

တရားဝင္လက္ထပ္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း ၊ ၄င္းကိစၥအတြက္ က်ေနာ္ ေနာင္တရလို႔မဆံုးပါ ဟု ၊ အက်ဥ္းေထာင္မွ မိမိဆႏၵအရ ႏႈတ္ထြက္လာခဲ့ေသာ အဆိုပါ ျပည္သူ႔ စစ္သည္ေတာ္ (Basiji militia) ေဟာင္းက ေဂ်ရုဆလမ္သတင္းစဥ္ (the Jerusalem Post) သို႔ေျပာသည္ ။
သူေစာင့္ေရွာက္ခ့ဲရသည့္ အက်ဥ္းသူ အခ်ိဳ႕အား သူတို႔ျပဳသမွ်နာခံေစရန္ အိပ္ေဆးခပ္ထားသည့္ အစာမ်ားကို ေက်ြးရေၾကာင္း ၊ အက်ဥ္းသူမ်ားသည္ အမ်ားအားျဖင့္ ျပန္လည္ခုခံေလ့ရွိၾကေၾကာင္း ၊ ေနာက္တစ္ေန႔ ေသဒဏ္ေပး ခံရမည္ထက္ ၊ ေသဒဏ္မေပးမွီည အဓမၼလိင္ဆက္ဆံျခင္း (မုဒိမ္းက်င့္ခံရျခင္း) ကို ပိုမိုေၾကာက္ရြံ႕ုတုန္လွဳပ္ၾကသည္ကို ေတြ႔ရေၾကာင္း ေျပာသည္ ။
မုဒမ္းက်င့္ျပီးလ်င္ သူတို႔ ငိုယိုေအာ္ဟစ္ေနၾကသည္ကို က်ေနာ္ ၾကားေယာင္မိဆဲ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ၊ လံုမငယ္တစ္ဦးဆိုလ်င္ မုဒိမ္းက်င့္ခံရျပီးေနာက္ သူ႔မ်က္ႏွာႏွင့္ လည္ပင္းတို႔ကို သူ႕ဟာသူ ကုတ္ျခစ္လိုက္သည္ကို က်ေနာ္ဘယ္လိုမွ ေမ့လိုမရေသးေၾကာင္း ၊ သူမသည္ တစ္ကိုယ္လံုး ကုတ္ျခစ္ရာမ်ား အျပင္းအထန္ ထင္သြားခဲ့သည္ဟုဆိုသည္ ။
ယခုအခါ အသက္ ၉ ႏွစ္အရြယ္ အမ်ိဳးသမီးငယ္ တစ္ဦး အပါအဝင္ ၊ လူမမယ္ ကေလးငယ္ ၁၃၄ ဦးတို႔ ဘာသာေရးဆန္႔က်င္မႈ (against religion) ျဖင့္ ေသဒဏ္ခံယူရန္ ေစာင့္ဆိုင္းေနၾကေၾကာင္း ၊ ျပစ္ဒဏ္က်ခံရန္ အမ်ိဳးသား၏ အငယ္ဆံုးအသက္ကိုမူ အစၥလာမ္တရားေတာ္အရ ၁၃ႏွစ္ ဟု သတ္မွတ္ထားေၾကာင္း ၊ သိရသည္ ။
ယူအင္သေဘာတူညီခ်က္အရ ၊ အသက္ ၁၈ႏွစ္ေအာက္ လူငယ္မ်ားကို ကေလး(အရြယ္မေရာက္ေသးသူ) ဟုသတ္မွတ္ထားေၾကာင္း ၊ အသက္ ၁၈ႏွစ္ေအာက္ ကေလးငယ္မ်ားကို ေသဒဏ္စီရင္ျခင္းမွ ယူအင္က တားျမစ္ထားေၾကာင္း ၊ အီရန္အစိုးရသည္ အဆိုပါေၾကညာခ်က္ကို သေဘာတူ လက္မွတ္ေရးထိုးထားေသာ္လည္း အသက္ ၁၈ႏွစ္ေအာက္ ကေလးသူငယ္မ်ား ကိုလည္း ေသဒဏ္ေပးေနေၾကာင္း ၊ ေအအိုင္ (Amnesty International) ေခၚ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာလြတ္ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းသာေရးအဖြဲ႔က ျပဳစုထားသည့္ စာရင္းအရ ၂၀၀၅ခုႏွစ္မွ စ၍ (၂၀၀၉ ဇူလိုင္လထိ) ကေလးသူငယ္မ်ားကို ေသဒဏ္စီရင္ခဲ့သည့္အမႈ ၂၆ မႈရွိေၾကာင္း ၊ အမႈေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားကိုမူ အသက္ ၁၈ႏွစ္ထိ ခ်ဳပ္ေႏွာင္ထားျပီး အသက္ ၁၈ႏွစ္ျပည့္ခ်ိန္တြင္ ေသဒဏ္စီရင္ခဲ့သည္ဟု ဆိုသည္ ။
အဆိုပါသတင္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ ၊ ျမန္မာျပည္က မူဆလင္မမ်ားကိုလည္း အစၥလာမ္တရားေတာ္ႏွင့္အညီ တရားစီရင္ေပးမွသာ ၊ ျမန္မာျပည္မွ မူဆလင္မမ်ားသည္လည္း ႏိုင္ငံတကာအဆင့္မွီ မူဆလင္မမ်ား ျဖစ္လာဖြယ္ရွိေၾကာင္း ၊ ယာယီလက္ထပ္ေပးရန္ လိုအပ္လာပါက ၊ ယာယီသတိုးသား အျဖစ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ျမန္မာထရူးသားဘေလာက္မွ ဘေလာ့ဂါ ကိုေဇာ္မ်ိဳးက မွတ္ခ်က္ေပး ေျပာၾကားလိုက္ေၾကာင္းသိရသည္ ။

38. Muslims assert that since we and our Universe are an intelligent design, we must have been created by God. But then God is an intelligent design also, so who created him? Isn't God complex enough to require a creator in minds of theists?
